Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware and certificates of authenticity, to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box or coordinate with our specialized freight partners for large-scale furniture collection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
